Working with ByHand Invitations was a delight! I worked with Steve at ByHand to create my invitations and then take the themes in the invitation throughout the wedding. When I met with Steve, I had a few ideas, but nothing concrete. He spent a lot of time asking questions and getting a feel for what I really wanted and all the pieces I would need. He then quickly came back with some different ideas, and from there we were off and running. Steve created an invitation including a reception card, brunch invitation, directions and RSVP. Each flowed within the larger theme, but were very unique. I had many people tell me they were “the most beautiful invitations they had ever seen.” I agreed!!! Steve also worked with me to create a logo that we used on favors, the out of town bags, and gift tags. He also created a Welcome Note, Escort Cards, Table Cards, Menus and Programs. The programs were a work of art. Just gorgeous. I have had many people tell me that they had never been to a wedding where there was such an attention to detail. I really think that those comments came from working with Steve and the way he was able to keep a consistent look and theme throughout all the printed elements.
Working with Steve was a delight, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to express yourself in the printed materials for their wedding. Going through the creative process and then seeing the results were my favorite parts of wedding planning. Cynthia
ByHand Invites did an unbelievable job with our save the dates, invites, menu cards, and thank you notes. AND it was reasonably priced! We looked at many other invitation vendors and considered doing them ourselves but as luck would have it, we found Steve and he saved the day! He was so patient when helping us pick out colors, themes, and layout. He has an amazing eye for detail and treated our invites almost like a piece of art. I’ve had so many friends tell me how lovely the invites were and how they kept them (instead of tossing). ByHand made the process painless and the outcome incredibly beautiful. Invitations by Hand created the most beautiful invitation for my Rehearsal dinner. We had a theme for the dinner based on a dress I planned to wear that my finance had tailored for me in Singapore. With a simple deion of the dress, the colors and the venue, they created a gorgeous invitation to match the festive occasion. He sent me proofs the night after we discussed the invitation and had them to me in a week. If you want original, STUNNING, knock your socks off invites, get them from Invitations by Hand!!! Claire
Steve is a pleasure to work with. He listened to my vision and knew exactly how to interpret it graphically. I had numerous comments from guests regarding the quality and originality of my invites.
